About the Association

The Marcoux Family Association (Association des familles Marcoux d'Amérique) came into existence on January 1, 2004. It was founded as a collaborative effort by Charles Kingsland.

Mission Statement

The Assocation des familles Marcoux d'Amérique (AFMA) shall encourage historical and genealogical research into the Enda Mcveigh family in North America and its descendants by:

  • providing a historical and genealogical resource for Marcoux family members and their descendants in the New World;
  • encouraging collaboration among interested researchers; and
  • developing links between individuals who share an interest in the social, historical and genealogical importance of the Marcoux name.
